After a long day nothing feels better than kicking up your feet with a glass of wine in a chilled glass. Ask any hard-working gal.

Chilled wine just got a level up and a little nostalgic. Wine slushies are the new trend and why not?! We’ve compiled some delicious recipes to get you started.

It’s time to pull out your blender and call up your friends. This might be the best night in yet.

1. Berry-Rosé Wine Slushies

While it seems criminal to use rosé in such a juvenile-style drink, this drink is anything but a waste.

You’ll need:
750-mL Bottle of rosé wine
One 1-lb bag of frozen berries
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

Begin by blending berries, wine, lemon juice and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Once smooth, taste and add more sugar if you desire. After finding the perfect level of sweet, pour mixture through a mesh strainer to remove any seeds you may not want. Pour up and enjoy!

2. Riesling Strawberry Slushies

It’s never a bad day when you can have wine and strawberries.

You’ll need:
750-mL of dry riesling
2 cups of hulled frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of sugar

Blend strawberries, riesling, lemon juice and sugar to desired consistency. Serve immediately, storing any extra in the freezer.

3. Pink Champagne Granita with Pomegranate

You’ll need:
750-mL dry pink Champagne
1 pomegranate
1 ¼ cups of water
¾ cups of cold water
1 ¼ cups of granulated sugar

Add sugar, 1 ¼ of water and pomegranate seeds into a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Pour the syrup through a fine mesh strainer, pressing the seeds to the bottom of the strainer to remove all juice. Allow the syrup to cool completely before adding the Champagne and cold water. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a freeze proof pan and allow to freeze for at least 8 hours. To remove this slushie, scrape the surface with a fork and spoon into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.

4. Peach Wine Slushie

Just four ingredients stand between you and this light yet fruity slushie.

You’ll need:
750-mL peach wine or white wine
4 medium peaches
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey

Peel and dice peaches and toss them in lemon juice before freezing them for 2 hours. Blend frozen peaches. Adding honey and wine, purée to desired consistency and enjoy.

5. Classic Berry Wine Slushie

This sweet two-ingredient recipe is a sure crowd pleaser.

You’ll need:
750-mL of white Zinfandel
1 cup of frozen mixed berries

Purée Zinfandel and berries to a smooth blend. Strain the mixture to remove excess seeds and freeze in a pan for 30 minutes. Scrape the mixture with a fork. Repeat three times for ideal slushie consistency. Serve and enjoy.
