It’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like–participants in this diet only eat hard boiled eggs, and they lose weight from it! A professed favorite of actress Nicole Kidman, the eggs make up a good combination of fat and protein, with little carbs, all of which fight hunger and cause weight loss. It functions much the same way as the Atkin’s low carb diet. However, this type of diet is high in protein, which can cause constipation and gas. Did Nicole Kidman have these problems with it?
