They said it was illegal. So everyone had to do it. The “Stairway to Heaven” on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaii is a breathtaking attraction that comes with a huge price to climb.
That’s the taboo about anything. When they tell you that you can’t do something, that’s when you want to do it. I really don’t know why it’s closed. It’s a popular spot.
It was put in place by the Navy a long time ago. It had a secret purpose because it was so high. You can probably imagine what that is. The video covers that.
But the Navy no longer needs it. The military period no longer needs it. So they closed it down and that was that. They will fine people for hiking the high, very high stairs that actually do seem to take you all the way to heaven.
The View Above The Clouds
You are literally above the clouds at some points. You can’t see the ground. You are as high as the birds get on rainy days when they aren’t feeling the bad weather.
Have you ever been on a plane on a rainy day and within minutes after takeoff, the skies were bright and clear? That’s what it’s like to be above the clouds. It’s a whole different world.
Looking Down On The World
If I were Hawaii, what I would do is open it to the public and put warning signs at the entrance. Why not let the public have fun on it as long as they know that if they fall and die, they cannot sue Hawaii? Sounds reasonable.
But until that happens, there are always going to be adventurous people climbing the stairs and taking footage. Who cares about laws when there is fun to be had? Seriously though, this article does not condone illegal activity. Drugs are bad! Stay in school!
